FAQ
Good to know
How do I book?
Book online in about a minute: pick a shop, your services and a time, and we'll text you a confirmation. Prefer to talk? Call (519) 761-0076.
Do you take walk-ins?
Yes, when a bay is free. In the fall and spring tire rush, booking ahead is the surest way to get the time you want.
Can I drop my car off?
Yes. Bigger jobs like engine and transmission work are drop-off: leave the vehicle with us, we call you with a diagnosis and quote, and work starts only when you approve.
I need new tires. Do you have my size?
Add your tire size when you book (it's on the sidewall, like 225/65R17). We confirm stock and price, and text you once your tires are in.
Which shop should I pick?
Whichever is closer. Brantford is at 3 Brant School Rd and Hamilton at 495 Ottawa St N. Both keep the same hours and both take online bookings.
